Tamari Seeds

 

Tamari seeds are a super healthy, tasty, savoury snack. The best part is – they can be prepared in around 5 minutes!

The seeds that make up this recipe are packed with nourishing vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Tamari Seeds

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp tamari sauce

What you’ll need to do:

  • Place seeds in a dry frying pan
  • Fry until pumpkin seeds start to pop
  • Take off stove and stir in tamari.

Serve in a bowl and they’re ready to enjoy!
