The seeds that make up this recipe are packed with nourishing vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
What you’ll need:
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp tamari sauce
What you’ll need to do:
- Place seeds in a dry frying pan
- Fry until pumpkin seeds start to pop
- Take off stove and stir in tamari.
Serve in a bowl and they’re ready to enjoy!
