My Super Simple Citrus Snowballs

You asked for it (across on my insta), so here’s the super simple citrus delights I created yesterday…

🍋What you’ll need:

3/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup finely shredded/ desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
2 tablespoons raw honey or rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 drops dōTERRA Grapefruit Essential Oil 
3 drops dōTERRA Lemon Essential Oil

🍋What you’ll need to do:

Add all ingredients into the food processor & process until well formed
Roll into balls & use extra desiccated coconut to help form
Refrigerate or freeze for later or enjoy them straight away
